Emails

Hey guys,

Please be careful before sending an email to the justchange google groups
email as the email goes to everyone in the group. Also, if someone sends an
email to the group and you hit 'reply', the reply then goes to the whole
group. Please make sure that if waht you want to say is to one person only,
you start a new email just to them.
